Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,820 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGKG-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPM6A, EEF2KMT, and F10. Each is linked with DGKG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKG-to-partner and partner-to-DGKG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKG versus GPM6A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKG→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
