Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,560 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWF, APBB2, and MEAK7. Each is linked with DGKD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKD-to-partner and partner-to-DGKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKD versus VWF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
