Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGKD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,054 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGKD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of clathrin-dependent endocytosis, Negative regulation of phospholipase C/protein kinase C signal transduction, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with DGKD in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKD-to-partner and partner-to-DGKD results are reported.
