DGKD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGKD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF227, OTC, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with DGKD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKD-to-partner and partner-to-DGKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF227 grouped by DGKD-low versus DGKD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
