DGKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,261 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, PURA, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with DGKB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKB-to-partner and partner-to-DGKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKB versus CRMP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
