DGKB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,446 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RERG, LRRC8D, and FBXL22. Each is linked with DGKB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKB-to-partner and partner-to-DGKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKB versus RERG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
