Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,757 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with DGKB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKB-to-partner and partner-to-DGKB results are reported.
