Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DGKA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DGKA data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DGKA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DGKA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where DGKA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
