DGKA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,516 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC5, EML3, and EPS15. Each is linked with DGKA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKA-to-partner and partner-to-DGKA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKA versus ARPC5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
