DGKA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,317 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGDIB, TMEM273, and DAPP1. Each is linked with DGKA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKA-to-partner and partner-to-DGKA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKA versus ARHGDIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
