DGKA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCSHP1, LINC01943, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with DGKA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKA-to-partner and partner-to-DGKA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCSHP1 grouped by DGKA-low versus DGKA-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
