Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGKA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,435 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane, Cell-substrate junction assembly, and Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with DGKA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKA-to-partner and partner-to-DGKA results are reported.
