DGAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C1 and TBC1D3. Each is linked with DGAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-DGAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C1 grouped by DGAT2-low versus DGAT2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
