DFFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DFFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DFFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGR, CLRN1, and C6orf118. Each is linked with DFFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DFFB-to-partner and partner-to-DFFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGR grouped by DFFB-low versus DFFB-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DFFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DFFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
