DEXI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEXI RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,717 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEXI-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC16A, PARN, and TXNDC11. Each is linked with DEXI in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEXI-to-partner and partner-to-DEXI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEXI versus CLEC16A in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEXI→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEXI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
