DEUP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEUP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEUP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P8, CYCSP23, and RNU6-1312P. Each is linked with DEUP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEUP1-to-partner and partner-to-DEUP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P8 grouped by DEUP1-low versus DEUP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEUP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEUP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
