DES

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DES RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,772 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DES-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLNC, HSPB7, and DES_S28. Each is linked with DES in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DES-to-partner and partner-to-DES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DES versus FLNC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DES→partner) and Y-score (partner→DES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
