Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DES protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,349 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DES-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, MEOX2, and CASQ2. Each is linked with DES in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DES-to-partner and partner-to-DES results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DES versus CHRDL1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DES→partner) and Y-score (partner→DES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
