DES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DES-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJA8, DBX2, and OR13C8. Each is linked with DES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DES-to-partner and partner-to-DES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJA8 grouped by DES-low versus DES-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DES→partner) and Y-score (partner→DES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
