DERL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DERL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DERL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-66P, OR5BE1P, and RNU6-380P. Each is linked with DERL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERL2-to-partner and partner-to-DERL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-66P grouped by DERL2-low versus DERL2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DERL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DERL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
