DERL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DERL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DERL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, IL36B, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with DERL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERL2-to-partner and partner-to-DERL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by DERL2-low versus DERL2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DERL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DERL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
