DERA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DERA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DERA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRAP, USP5, and PDZD11. Each is linked with DERA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERA-to-partner and partner-to-DERA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DERA versus STRAP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DERA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DERA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
