DEPDC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPDC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,769 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEPDC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC5, XRCC6, and SIN3A. Each is linked with DEPDC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC5-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC5 versus XRCC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
