DEPDC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEPDC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,458 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEPDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1A, GUCA1B, and ENPP5. Each is linked with DEPDC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC5-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPM1A grouped by DEPDC5-low versus DEPDC5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
