Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DEPDC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DEPDC4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher DEPDC4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DEPDC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, READ, and BRCA are the cancer types where DEPDC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
