DEPDC1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPDC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEPDC1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, POLD3, and UFD1_S247. Each is linked with DEPDC1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC1B-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC1B versus POLD1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPDC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPDC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
