Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPDC1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,014 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEPDC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPK3A, PLEK2, and PGK1. Each is linked with DEPDC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC1B-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC1B versus UPK3A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.94.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPDC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPDC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
