Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEPDC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,126 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEPDC1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Kinetochore assembly, Kinetochore organization, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with DEPDC1B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC1B-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC1B results are reported.
