Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEPDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-3, CPSF3, and STIP1. Each is linked with DEPDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-3 grouped by DEPDC1-low versus DEPDC1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
