DENR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENR-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLVI-68, CCDC116, and MYEOV. Each is linked with DENR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENR-to-partner and partner-to-DENR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLVI-68 grouped by DENR-low versus DENR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENR→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
