DENND4C

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND4C RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DENND4C data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DENND4C RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, SKCM, and ESCA are the cancer types where DENND4C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
