Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND4C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DENND4C data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher DENND4C mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

OV, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where DENND4C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
