Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND2C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DENND2C data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DENND2C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCS, and UCEC are the cancer types where DENND2C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
