Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,127 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DENND2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAGLN, TIMP3, and MYL9. Each is linked with DENND2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND2B-to-partner and partner-to-DENND2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND2B versus TAGLN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
