The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DENND1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where DENND1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
