DENND1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,498 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPOUT1, PRPF4B_S294, and CDK7_T170. Each is linked with DENND1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND1A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND1A versus SPOUT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
