Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DENND1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, LCP2, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with DENND1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND1A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND1A versus SIGLEC8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
