DENND1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV5, OIP5, and GMNN. Each is linked with DENND1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND1A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETV5 grouped by DENND1A-low versus DENND1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
