DEGS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,044 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEGS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C4orf3, CEP170, and AIDA. Each is linked with DEGS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEGS1-to-partner and partner-to-DEGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEGS1 versus C4orf3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
