Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEGS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,371 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTC1, GTPBP10, and MADD. Each is linked with DEGS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEGS1-to-partner and partner-to-DEGS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEGS1 versus CTC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
