DEGS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 582 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPLA1P1, MIR1179, and MTATP6P30. Each is linked with DEGS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEGS1-to-partner and partner-to-DEGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1P1 grouped by DEGS1-low versus DEGS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
