Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,542 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEGS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Collagen fibril organization, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with DEGS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEGS1-to-partner and partner-to-DEGS1 results are reported.
