The most reproducible DEFB133-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection assembly, Protein acetylation, and Internal protein amino acid acetylation. Each is linked with DEFB133 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFB133-to-partner and partner-to-DEFB133 results are reported.
