The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DEFB133 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DEFB133 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where DEFB133 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
