Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFB129 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,061 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DEFB129-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR625, SLC16A12-AS1, and RPL26P26. Each is linked with DEFB129 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFB129-to-partner and partner-to-DEFB129 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEFB129 versus MIR625 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFB129→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFB129) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
