DEFA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF1, WDFY3, and UVSSA. Each is linked with DEFA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFA1-to-partner and partner-to-DEFA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
