DEDD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEDD protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APC_S2724, TRAPPC10_S711, and USO1_S952. Each is linked with DEDD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEDD versus APC_S2724 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
