DEDD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEDD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, RNU4-58P, and RNA5SP167. Each is linked with DEDD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by DEDD-low versus DEDD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
