DECR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DECR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,341 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DECR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTFB, DNAJA3, and PMVK. Each is linked with DECR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DECR2-to-partner and partner-to-DECR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DECR2 versus MRTFB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DECR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DECR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
