DECR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DECR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,226 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DECR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WWP1, TREM1, and NDUFAF6. Each is linked with DECR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DECR1-to-partner and partner-to-DECR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DECR1 versus WWP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DECR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DECR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
